The Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education is a dual education system that oversees and ensures quality standards for the statewide system of career and technology education. It provides services and programs in 29 technology center districts and 399 school districts. There are also 13 skills centers campuses, including three juvenile facilities and 32 adult basic education providers.

Training programs include business, OSHA, computer, public safety, health and medical, professional development, and trade and industrial skills.  The Lawton-Fort Sill Economic Development Corporation partners with the technology center to help provide education and training to workers in new and existing industries.
