Airport Industrial Park
Two major industrial parks are open for development to new and expanding businesses in the Lawton area. The Lawton Economic Development Corporation (LEDC) supports businesses in locating the right site and getting established.
The Airport Industrial Park has a 43-acre and 71-acre site for the Lawton-Fort Sill Regional Airport's aerospace/light industrial projects. Additional parcels are available: 40 acres, 25 acres, and 75 acres, which are currently owned by the Commissioners of the Land Office and can be easily acquired. There is secure access to airport facilities for aerospace projects. The park is certified “site ready,” with access to roads and all utilities. The park is in south Lawton at Highway 277 and I-44. Tenants include PepsiCo, American Phoenix, CACI Technologies, Southern Sales, and Premium Beers of Oklahoma. A large warehouse distribution facility, Fisher59, is under construction.
