Two major industrial parks are open for development to new and expanding businesses in the Lawton area. The Lawton Economic Development Corporation (LEDC) provides businesses with support in locating the right site and getting established.
The Oklahoma SW Rail Industrial Park offers more than 1,000 acres, with utilities in place and ready for move-in. Located on the west side of Lawton, Stillwater Central Railroad runs through the park. Tenants have road and rail access and can request spurs built to suit their needs. Park tenants include Goodyear Tire & Rubber, Bar-S Foods, Berry Machine & Tool Co., Silverline Plastics, and Republic Paperboard.
